Upon arrival, the room had a strong smell of smoke despite being listed as smoke-free. However, the staff quickly moved us to a different room. The front desk reception was unwelcoming and unprofessional during check-in, and it took a long time for the room to be ready despite assurances of a call when it was prepared.
